What voltage are you getting on the Q1 Drain of J201 & Collector of Q2 - 2N3904?

You can't rely on measuring Resistors in the finished build! I have never had a metal film resistor measure outside its tolerances & I have built close to 300 pedals. Have you got a measurement of the 15K resistors out of the circuit?

I have to say that 10K on the Treble pot is a small window of adjustment???

They look like genuine 4558's, try TL072's in there.

I was just about to ask about the SMD used, Interfet brand have them as opposite on thru hole version??? Maybe someone else can chime in as I only use NOS J201's thru hole.

You need to reflow the hole PCB, there are a lot of Cold joints as I mentioned above with the resistors pads should be full of solder on the component side!

The PedalPCB Kadundra is the Karen??? Can you confirm the trimmer has 205 stamped on the side? We can't resolve an issue if you don't confirm what we can't see. Pull the Op Amp out & with the Power unplugged, do a continuity test from pins 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, 5 to 6, 6 to 7 & 7 to 8. There...

Does the trimmer have 205 written on the side? Definately need to reflow the solder, a lot of those resistors need to look like the one under the Op Amp.

Did you test to see if C7 + pad is going to Ground ?

If it is working with pins 1& 2 jumpered & you have Continuity on the Matching Circles in the Diagram above, your issue is with one of the components attached to those circles that are causing the Buzz ie C7, C8, D1, D2, R9, R10 ??? that you have bypassed with the jumper. With the jumper removed...

OK, so where are you actually at with the pedal, is it working now?

Try 10K across Output to Ground on the actual Output jack.
