    Just finished boxing those Edcor. WOW! I only used my cans into a Mackie 1202 for a quick test but I can hear a HUGE difference! Warmer, fuller...all kinds of goodness. I'll try to get a more scientific test and maybe even make a video.

    Your pot connection looks bridged between the green and yellow. Your switch off board wires look like they're not.....something. And I'd double check all those pots you've gone off board with. I'm suspicious of some of those landing points.

    I believe the LDR needs to be positioned near the LED and sealed up so no light leaks for testing.

    Congratulations on joining the solder sniffers club! Resistors: I use metal film. You can use carbon if you want that "old school mojo". Capacitors: Look at the footprint on the board. If it's rectangle, use film caps. If it's a circle, use electrolytic. Generally speaking...if the value...

    HahahahahahhaHA! I got it working! I had to have a buddy fix the code so it would compile and I futzed around with the MIDI CC numbers, but we're there man!
