AionFX Refractor, sound but no clipping

So I got individual cases for these pedals and have been working to get the Refractor boxed up. When I did, I noticed I have no sound in bypass or engaged. After doing some digging I found that there is continuity between the input wire and the ground on the buffer/3PDT board. I removed the...

SOLVED Ceasar started making a noise in bypass..

I added the ground wire, and that definitely made the pedal more quiet but it did not get rid of the clicking. I tried moving wires around while plugged in to see if that did the trick and I accidentally pulled the wire off the pad, so I think I'm going to redo them with shielded wire.

This makes a lot of sense. If I sand the paint off a spot on the inside, could I solder a wire to the enclosure?

SOLVED Ceasar started making a noise in bypass..

So I thought I got it but no. I realized that my pots didn't have insulated on. Street I put the insulated on all the pots there noise was gone until I but it back in the enclosure. The house is back but I discovered when I touch the rate pot the sound good away. I thinking we're getting closer.

SOLVED Ceasar started making a noise in bypass..

I reworked the solder pads and got rid of the rate LED, but the nose persists. I did discover that the be rate of the clicking can be controlled by the rate knob. Again the clicking is only when the pedal is in bypass and not when it's engaged.

SOLVED Ceasar started making a noise in bypass..

Okay, Guitar to Caesar to Amp with stand alone 9V and with Ojai power supply still had the clicking which does appear to be synced to the rate LED.

I did change to order of the pedals, but when I leave the Ceasar in the signal chain but remove the power, the noise goes away

SOLVED Ceasar started making a noise in bypass..

I rewired my pedalboard, the Caesar pedal was just moved; I didn't even open it when it started making a noise. I reflowed the I/O jacks after but that didn't help. Sorry forget to post the photos.

SOLVED Ceasar started making a noise in bypass..

I recently rewired more board, and have discovered my, previously working fine, Caesar chorus has started making a faint high pitch clicking, only when in bypass. I took it out of the housing a tried reseating ICS, and reflowing anything that looked suspicious, but that hasn't helped. What are...

Which two of these pedal would be the best to share power?

I'm out of isolated power and I have to have two pedals share power, which two would go together the best? Here's my signal chain: BYOC Lil Beaver Triangle Fuzz -> PPCB Flock -> Analogman Envelope Filter -> PPCB Derailer -> AionFX Stratus (TS808) -> Volume pedal (Passive/no power) -> PPCB...

AionFX Refractor, sound but no clipping

I made some progress... I redid the wiring to bypass the order switcher, and the got the refractor side working. There is still some wonkiness. When I plug the power in both LEDs work fine, but once I connect the cables, only the Achilles side lights up, but both side still work... At this point...

AionFX Refractor, sound but no clipping

Okay, so I just got my Aion double pedal boxed up. Refractor (Klon) and Achilles (P.O.T.) with an order switcher. Achilles side works and sound great, but only works if the order switcher is on it's side, if not I still get bypass sound. The Refractor gets sound in both bypass and engaged. It...

    3PDT Order Switch Wiring

So would send A in the diagram correlate with the Jack in ( I have PCBs on the 3PDT stomps) and return a with Jack out?

    Thanks, that's perfect!

SOLVED Order switcher board won't fit

The 3PDT only fits in side ways, but I would prefer it this way so that if the toggle is to the left to left side of the pedal is first and the right is second in the signal chain. Is there a way to wire it by hand with out the order switcher PCB?
