Also. With a w25k pot (like i did for the c150k) Open the pot up and scrap away some of the outer track. THIS IS A BIT TRICKY SO BE WARNED!! You need a multi meter to check resistance, but i scraped away some out track on a c100k pot to make a c150k, and i did the same with a w20k pot to make...

Hey y’all. so ive built 2 caesers/julias for myself and a friend and im in the process of testing them. Sound all good in the hood. So i reorganise my signal chain and im finding that after my distortion im actually getting a slight but noticable volume boost. Any thoughts to this or remedies?

Fixed! No connection. Soldered a small wire jumping from r3 - tl072 pin3. Solvedered. the audio probe helped identify where. Then multimeter detected break in circuit. Sorted ;) thanks my loverlies!!! Xxx

Ok, so i get to the tl072 and it drops. I dont think im getting a connection between c1 and pin 3 of the tl072.

No audio atall. The probe didnt pickup any signal atall.

I dont have an audio probe, shall i make one? Or any suggs for a purchase?

Yup, new cap working fine. First dodgy cap ive had in a long time. 1 down. 1 to go.

Yes removing the 470pf cap did the trick. Boost working.
