Yes, that's the exact same bottle. I ran out of the W1+ glue and read somewhere that this stuff works. It's very durable and heat resistant.

I actually like the Mod Podge Dishwasher safe glue better than the original glue. There's still a learning curve with the whole transfer process, but it seems more forgiving than the original W1+ glue.

I would add to be sparing with any acetone wipe on powder coated enclosures. Just a light wipe down will begin to dull the finish. Heavier wipe downs will begin removing the powder coating. I haven't tried the new glue, so I have no experience with it, but I always wipe down my enclosures with...

When you look at the board, there are 3 holes on each side of each switch, followed by a space, and then one more hole. Just push out the pin that would normally go...

Since you believe the change happened after swapping out the pickguard, I'd check that the pot lugs aren't touching something else. I recently had a tone pot that started acting like a volume control. Turned out the pot had moved a little, causing one of the lugs to touch the cavity shielding.

Good to know. Thanks for the update! I just started building my Abyss and I want to do this mod but have the 2nd LED function as both Rate and Status. I came up with a crude drawing for the offboard wiring using a slightly different true bypass wiring scheme. We'll see how it goes.

You would need to unsolder 1 of the LED leads from the PCB. Basically, the anode of the 1st LED is soldered to the anode pad on the PCB, then the cathode from the 1st LED is soldered to the anode of the 2nd LED. Finally, you would solder the cathode of the 2nd LED to the cathode pad on the PCB.
