I never bothered measuring SMT components. From what I read here I was under the impression that, compared to through hole, the manufacturing of these is way more precise, and as such we shouldn't be bothered checking them out? Also, this must be the most vanilla pedal by Fairfield. It's good...

Yeah, I was audio probing a circuit and sometimes you got these in between stages that make me wonder about how to feed something else in at that point instead of simply before or after the pedal. I suppose simply inserting audio in thr signal line and see what happens can't hurt a thing? Just...

Can effect loops be randomly inserted in existing circuits? Like after the wet signal of a delay, between gain stages, between the gain and the tone section, and so forth? Are there rules for this, or articles going deeper into such modifications?
