Noticed some of the components on the silkscreen had been marked out with black sharpie. Should I omit these? Or check build doc, maybe they printed wrong values on some boards? Wanted to check with all of you before I screw things up anymore! 😃

Finally got around to trouble shooting tonight. Traced signal to c3 where it died. I went ahead and reflowed the joints and viola...seabed delay. Turns out it was user error. Thanks for the help y’all!
