Amazing work! I've never thought of using wood like this, it actually seems a bit easier than doing perf board, aside from the drilling.

Long shot, but would you be willing to share the design files for this? I'm not really set up for doing enclosure designs, and I'd love to get one for my Fuchsia Fuzz, as it's by far my favorite fuzz I've built. No worries if not!

Also, Stinkfoot keeps a list of pedals and their power draw, and his Skreddy pedal list seems complete to me, with no Fuzz Driver mention.

My guess would be a very early, mislabeled Hybrid Fuzz Driver. Maybe he did have something called a Fuzz Driver, and the HFD was a follow up, but I've never heard of it, despite being a pretty big Skreddy fan.

I love this idea! And is there any way to get a printable copy of your transistor sheets? I haven't seen them before, and this is sooo much better than my crappy hand-written scraps of paper I use now...

I would find other threads on here of people building the PPCB Univibe, there are plenty, as it's a bit of a tricky build.

I think they are done in the sense that you can't just add pre-drilled boxes to your cart. You do seem to be able to add an undrilled box, and then use the same standard drill templates they were using before to have them drilled. That means you have to do the extra step of adding the drill...

This is exactly what I do, print the doc/part sheet and put it into a ziplock bag. Then the bag gets filled with pots and other parts, and the partially built board if I don't finish in one go.

@DailyDovetails not sure if the wall your guitars are hung on is an exterior wall, but I read recently the temperature change on the outside can potentially cause condensation or other temperature-related problems for guitars hung on exterior walls. Just FYI!

I ran into this with a different Sushi Box project. Making sure you have sufficient voltage and amperage in your power supply is step 1. I honestly forget if I ever resolved my issue. Might have been the IRF740, as I seem to remember it's important in the circuit's power section.

At first I thought you repurposed an old enclosure of some kind. Then I realized you started with a blank one... This is seriously one of the coolest DIY audio projects I've seen!

Harmonica mixed in with the guitar?! I've never heard of such a thing, that's wild. I've always thought the guitar tones on that album were super interesting, and maybe that's part of why. Rangemasters are a great way to get started in pedal building!

Also curious on the price and supplier. If I came across some for super cheap/free somehow, I would probably just flip them on eBay, because I don't believe the hype about them. Checkout what Analogman's fuzzes and Rangemaster with them go for on Reverb, it's insane, and I just cannot buy the...

Fairly sure the worst case is you fry the IC, Modern opamps tend to use the same pinout (assuming it is an opamp) , I can't imagine it messing with much else. But grain of salt with that, I'm no expert lol.
