Those are both big 15uf electrolytics. I think what I’m going to do at this point is order another PCB and some tantalum 15 uF caps and give it another go!

I just checked all of these points and there is continuity between all of them except for IC3.1 to the adjacent lead of R10. However, there IS continuity between IC3.1 and the OTHER lead of R10.

The latest thing I did was replace my 200k trimpot with a regular B250k pot. Now, something very strange is happening. When I hold the 250k pot in my hand, the slightest movement of my hand makes the pedal phase a bit. I’m not even turning the knob. I realize this sounds crazy.

I didn’t have 24k resistors so I soldered a 22k and 2k resistor together for those. I also didn’t have a 3.9m resistor so I soldered together two 2M resistors to equal 4M (my thought is that this is close enough?).

With where I have the pot set now, the voltages are as follows: Drain: 4.2 Source: 4.2 Gate: fluctuates between 2.13 and 2.17

I got them from Pedal Parts and Kits online. It seemed reputable but Idk. Yes, when I turn the pot back and forth quickly I can hear it phase.

Thank you for the reply! I am using 4x 2N5952. I have gone very very slowly through the trimpot. It is a 1 turn trimpot with about 180 degrees of available turn. So, even the tiniest amount of turn is probably having a huge difference. Would it potentially be worth it to find a trimpot that...
