Definitely gonna build this one...you know my love for the Mach 1. The Southland didn't do it for me either. I do have they Soma in my pile, but what about the Hatchet (Tomahawk)? anyone build this one yet? I also have this in my pile and am curious...I love me some Greer clones!

Pearl grey on left, winked silver on right. Took a couple pf quick pics with phone in different lighting before work. Remember - don't buy ball silver if you're going to drill yourself...the paint chips like crazy, unlike any other Tayda finish I've com across. It also scratches easily.

Just wanted to add a note here for everyone (and @benny_profane) that the pearl grey holds up to drilling just fine (y)

I used a 1590BB. And I’d love to see you use the Kentauride to make a 3-2! If it were me, since you already have a light and a mid drive, for my 3rd I’d go boost or something harder. Like a Guv’nor (as you suggested) or a RAT

My only experience with a boost is my Rangefinder, which is fantastic (especially coming out of my Vox), but it doesn’t really offer a “clean’ boost. It takes my tubes to near break up no matter what it seems. So what I was looking for was truly a clean boost. Don’t get me wrong…I want it to...

Thanks! The wiring isn’t up to my usual standards but I’m fine with it because it was my first time undertaking something like this. Maybe someone else can verify, but I’m pretty sure the D+ is basically a prehistoric Rat (like a Neanderthal to human progression lol). I’d think they’d play well...
