Fun with CMOS - part 1 - The CMOS Raincoat

What is your opinion on what Darkglass did with the B3K using the CD4049UBE @Chuck D. Bones? It is such a unique drive flavor among a bunch of different bass ODs that it's an instant stand out favorite of mine.

    Maximum Modded Cepheid Chorus

Part of my Celsius + Cepheid combo build, looking to get some feedback before I reach the point of no return. I essentially ported over the dry out function and the EQ section from the CH1 because I liked what the EQ pot does. The Buffer Inverter is the PPCB board.

    GOTA/SCHUTONE DRIP Chorus (Boss CH-1)

Such an awesome chorus, I actually have one next to me right now. Does this have a stereo out option like the original?

2-In-1 Peavey Triple XXX Footswitch and A/B Loop Selector

Not a complicated build but something I'm proud of. Left to Right: Ultra/Crunch Channel Select. Clean Channel Bypass. Effects Bypass. A/B Loop Selector. Left to Right, Top to Bottom: VOut. Out. Send A. Send B. VIn. In. Return A. Return B. DIN7 In. Channel A. Channel B. All...

    What's on the workbench?

I actually had a chance to somewhat trace the Fortin Blade from an old bandmate, couldn't pull any components though. It is yet another TC Electronics Integrated Preamp that's been modded, I had actually used your clone board to make some approximations. I'll have dig one of them out to see...

    Master Volume Celsius Mod

The trace is easy and out of the way, haven't built the board yet. I haven't had any builds that needed the TC1044SCPA, but spent a pretty penny on several LT1054's when they were $2.50 USD.

    Master Volume Celsius Mod

Sounds like some worthwhile mods. Another one I'm doing is using LT1054 instead of TC1044SCPA since I don't have any. Do I cut the trace between pins 1 and 8, or will the LT1054 be just fine with the frequency boost hooked up in this circuit?

    3-way splitter

Sounds like I need to build my boards to experiment with this.

    3-way splitter

You can add a footswitch in each loop between the mixer and the splitter channels that cut the signal, no need to keep the loop open if you are not using the effect in the loop anymore. Unless you want to have each loop at different volumes the master mix should keep everything at unity. If...

    Sunn Coliseum Bass Pedal

I'll gladly take them, I have a folder for schematics that I can put them in.

    3-way splitter

Definitely a clean build. I feel like this combined with the 3-way mixer would be excellent for analog parallel bass processing, using one for clean, another for OD/DS, and the last for modulation like chorus or synth stuff.

    Sunn Coliseum Bass Pedal

Thank you @johnk_10, I'll have to breadboard this once my current projects are finished.

    Sunn Coliseum Bass Pedal

Those are sweet. Any chance I can get schematics for those, or the links you got them at?

    Sunn Coliseum Bass Pedal

Power can probably be simplified a little using an LT1054 charge pump to obtain 36V out of 9V like the Integral Preamp and using some voltage regulators to get those target voltages. Love to see more Sunn Bass builds so awesome job dude.

Sheepy Love GS808 (Vintage Dual OpAmp TS808)

May I get the schematic if there is one @MichaelW? This a nice and tidy build. EDIT: I apologize, I reread your post and saw Aion FX has a board already.

    Master Volume Celsius Mod

I'm going to be building a highly modified Celsius + Cepheid combo build. One of those mods is a master volume on the Celsius preamp before going into the chorus, I read that someone just put an A500K at the end of the output buffer after R11. It seems a bit high, A100K sounds more reasonable...

Intelligent Relay Bypass Module toggle switch mod for Momentary and Latching modes

So the Basic Latching Relay Board would be best then? Sounds easy enough now that I think about it, I just figured I would ask about the Intelligent Relay Bypass since I have four of these boards for a combo build that never happened. I appreciate you giving me another option dude.

Intelligent Relay Bypass Module toggle switch mod for Momentary and Latching modes

@Robert Any insights to know if this works?

    Muzzle Mods?

What I did with the ones I've built is to add a Range pot and a Shift pot, which the LWA Endless Blockade has. Both pots are B10K, the Range pot replaces R7. Lug 2 goes to C7 and Lug 1 goes to C8. The Shift pot replaces R10. Lug 2 goes to R8 and Lug 3 of the Threshold pot, Lug 1 goes Leg 3...

Intelligent Relay Bypass Module toggle switch mod for Momentary and Latching modes

Correct, I remember reading that one of the pins of the ATtiny goes to the center lug on the SPDT and one of the other lugs on the switch goes to ground. I wasn't able to glean enough info to do it myself.
