    Most challenging builds

Those look like good candidates. I just finished a spectron. The two challenges I'm considering next are the low tide mini and the sib echo drive clone at defx: https://www.deadendfx.com/product/reflektor-project-plus-kit-kit-quantities-limited

    Aion Spectron(Lovetone Meatball)

Knowing the proper labels for the controls has made the pedal much more intuitive, and fuzz in the effects loop is great. I may find a use for this one after all.

QUESTION??? Will there be a Fourth of July sale? If so I will wait to order… 💥 fireworks 🎇 fireworks 🎆

Great excuse to make my 3rd order in as many weeks, hopefully some of these will get built.

    Aion Spectron(Lovetone Meatball)

You are very correct about the control labels, and that explains some things. I do get easier triggering with the rotary towards high, but don't like the sounds as much, though now I have to adjust controls based on what they actually are and see what happens. Thank you!

    Aion Spectron(Lovetone Meatball)

This one was kind of fun and kind of annoying. I mostly did it because it looked like a crazy build, I don't see myself using it very often, maybe for weird song intros, or trying to pretend I can play like Zappa(I can't). I've seen complaints about the build docs in other build reports, mostly...

    Show us your work Bench

I was an Ikea "gaming desk" I got it used, didn't care about gaming features, just wanted something cheap with a couple of built in shelves, it has stupid built in cup holders, but they're good for screws/washers when you're taking something apart. I have the towel down to avoid scratches on...

    Show us your work Bench

Finally got some drawers and stopped sorting everything in old tayda and digikey boxes on the floor. For the most part. Not done organizing yet but it actually felt kind of good, finally sort of understood my wife's obsession with things being clean.

    Brand loyalty!

EAE's time based effects are the only non diy pedals I have left in regular use. The effects in themselves are good and unique plus the preamps in the hypersleep and sending v2 sound so good I like having them at the end of my chain even if they're turned down to add the extra toan. They just...

3 in 1 early Gilmour pedal

Thanks, I mostly do tayda uv prints now, but I have a couple of mess up enclosures I'd like to reuse and that stuff seems better than the cheap Amazon iron on paper I was using before

    Oh the Corksniffery

I know Alpha pots are pretty high end compared to the tayda generic pots I use, but it terms of potentiometer quality they're still pretty close to bottom of the barrel. Might take that selling point out, or just say "bespoke +/-30% tolerance potentiometers give every pedal a unique character"

    Scabbard Overdrive

Interested to see a schematic for this. Hoping one of the gurus around here will have insights on adding a mid boost/scoop pot like the longsword.

3 in 1 early Gilmour pedal

Disappointingly clean and tidy, I was hoping for a rats nest, maybe some roadkill, etc, when I saw "too ugly to post" Nice build. I want to try some of that clear sticker paper, do you have a preferred brand?

    New book: Pedal Crush

This looks cool, big fan of the knobs channel even though it's not really my style musically. Now I have to spend $75 on a book instead of pedal parts though, so thanks for the recommendation and also curse you, kindly.

Chuckaround(Buzzaround by Chuck D Bones/PCB by finebyfine) and TAFM(DEFX Subarashi)

It took me too long since finding these forums to explore @Chuck D. Bones Boneyard, so much great info in there. I haven't built any of the classic fuzz circuits yet and the Buzzaround seemed like a great place to start. @finebyfine made some nice boards for the Chuckaround circuit and...

    What are you currently reading?

Just finished 2 stand alone novels and one novella by Adrian Tchaikovsky: Alien Clay, Cage of Souls, and Elder Race. All were enjoyable takes on different sci-fi sub-genres. Surprisingly, for such a prolific author I've yet to find a dud from him and I've read most of his books. I'm now about...

This will change things in the bedroom

Both my parents were genteel southerners, so I would get my ass kicked for saying "crap" or "fart" as a kid, it never crossed my mind to use an actual fuck word around them. We lived on base for most of my childhood and at some point the army did a class for parents about how you shouldn't beat...

Curds and whey distortion added to a better overdrive?

This is a really cool idea. Please update with progress, I'd love to build one but I barely understand how things work, so can't help with design.

Circulator(Boneyarded) and Hyped Fuzz with mods from these forums

With the octave switch up the octave is on, which is I think is stock, down is octave off. There is less volume/gain with the octave off, I think because the mod turns off one of transistors generating the octave. The other toggle, down by the foot switch, flipped down is stock, flipped up...

Circulator(Boneyarded) and Hyped Fuzz with mods from these forums

here we go, might take a few minutes for youtube to finish processsing mic was too close to the cab so the bass is a boomy and evidently I wasn't far enough away for it to not pick up my strumming, but you can still get an idea for the mods.
