Are you SURE C15 is ok? It does not take much melting damage to ruin one of these caps, you'd need to isolate (remove) it and test it to be sure it's good. At that point might as well replace it if you have another one.

Just received notification that my August 30 order with two 125B enclosures just shipped. They were different but both had powdercoat, drilling and UV printing. 8 days from placing order to shipped with tracking info available on UPS site that they are in possession of package.

Check that the pinion gear (fits on pot shaft) and (straight) rack gears' teeth are the same size. The pinion gear should roll easily and smoothly along the rack. The gears and racks that come with the wah enclosures do not work with Dunlop gears/racks because the teeth are different sizes.

Tayda. Especially if you want the boxes drilled, powder coated and UV printed.

I was mistaken, I actually ordered the 3P4T switch. As viewed from the top, fully CCW connects A to 1. Fully CW connects A to 4.

@apierz I'm pretty sure I just received one of these 4P3T switches from Tayda in my last shipment. I'll check tomorrow and if so, ohm it out and post the results.

I would use a DPDT ON-ON switch (NOT ON-OFF-ON), one set of contacts to replace the DIP Switch and one set for the LED.

Following up: These showed up yesterday. They are the same as those AP (Amplified Parts) sells (I recently bought a couple from them). Decent quality but the rack & pinions are not compatible with the Dunlop rack & pinions, different size teeth. This goes for both the AP and Alibaba enclosures.

DIP switches are simple SPST switches, but i don't think I've seen SPST Mini switches. SPDT will work fine, one for each individual switch in the DIP switch package. DPDT will work but take up more space and you will waste a set of contacts.

I don't think so, I believe Daier has a good reputation but I could be mistaken. I would order 1 or 2 if shipping isn't bad to see prior ro making a large order. Personally I've got two Daier wah pedals on the way, they look like the same thing AP is selling for about 2/3 the price with tarriffs.

I suggest getting at least one soldering through hole practice kit and using it to practice soldering and unsoldering components. They can typically be found on places like Amazon, ebay, AliExpress etc for about $10-15, much better than damaging good pedal b oards.
