Please confirm you have a high side and low side gain. R20 and R30 are the same, high side. R3 and R16 are not, low side

I’ve made resistor mistakes before, like installed a 392k instead of 392R, can significantly after your gain stages. It’s tedious but at some point you should check each resistor color codes.
