    Nein Fuzz 3rd Attempt/Failure

I circled a few places in white that I think you might want to reflow the solder on. There are others that look similar, I just circled these quickly to show what I'm talking about. They don't look like they are making good contact. It could just be the photo, but that's what I'm seeing.

Greer Mizuki Blue (PPCB Blue Yonder Overdrive)

I used the 2SK208-Y Transistors on pedalpcb. They work fine.

Greer Mizuki Blue (PPCB Blue Yonder Overdrive)

I built one and I like it a lot. I can leave the gain low and use it like preamp or clean boost. I can push the gain to noon or so and have an OD that cleans up with the guitar's volume. I can push the gain into the higher settings and get fuzz. Again, I can get the signal to clean up with high...

    Pedalpcb closed circuit booster

I built one of these and I love what it does when I play slide. It compresses beautifully and I can grit with the input knob.

    Sandspur Fuzz biasing

The general rule of thumb for me is that a Ge Fuzzface style works best with the fuzz control dimed. The Si-style sounds wonky with the fuzz control dimed. I back mine off just a little bit at a time to find a sweet spot. Very cool to hear @drew.spriggs solution.

    Treble booster options

I built one and have several other RM circuits to compare. The Rangefinder is great. It's easy to bias the transistor and the many tones available with the rotary switch make it quite flexible and useful.

Need Wiring Diagram for 3PDT Breakout Board with Output Boost

I’m planning on putting one in a Clandestine Boost. I want a little more volume to use it as a crunchy boost and I’m hoping this little board will do the job. I’m just trying to decide if I want to add a pot that I can adjust externally. And where to locate it.

    SOLVED Shrapnel: Prevent a Brother's Hara-kiri

I clip the plastic out and then take out one pin at a time. But it's still as you describe: stressful!

    Neurocyton Bass Cut?

I might socket C5 and try some values. It's at 22uF now. That gives me a lot of room. Thank you for the advice on which capacitor to zoom in on!

    Neurocyton Bass Cut?

Same. I guess that's what the bass control is for, eh? ;)

    Neurocyton Bass Cut?

I checked each component to make sure I didn't get something wrong. All was well. I tried some other J201's, but they are from the same batch I got from Amazon. I tried some other FET's that I have, but nothing really worked better than the J201. There was one, I forget which, that worked in the...

    Neurocyton Bass Cut?

I finished a Neurocyton. It works as it should, but I'm wondering if I could cut some bass by changing a capacitor value somewhere? It gets flubby real fast. Sure, there is a bass control for EQ, but I'm wondering if I can make it more useful. I'm not sure if I would target C1 going into Q1 or...

    Duocast v3 2nd channel wiring

I just finished the same build yesterday and did not have that issue. It worked fine when I fired it up. It's going to be a tight fit in the case, a 1590BB, because the 35v capacitors I have are pretty tall. Great sounding circuit, though. It doesn't seem to care what transistors I throw in...
