You could try strapping a small capacitor across the power jack terminals. Try 100pf. Make sure your grounding is good. You could try shielded in/out wire with the shield grounded. Probably not a whole lot you can do on such a small circuit.

I would try reflowing/adding some more solder to your pots, they look a little empty on the backside of the board.
