Hey I appreciate this response. I definitely need to rough it in at the next level of assembly before soldering. Next up is trying to drill the slots for the switches. I don’t have a good tool to do that but I figure I don’t have to be too clean since I have the faceplate.

Dude. Thank you. I just got this working and it was definitely because of that. I scrapped a trimmer thinking mine was bad but it was definitely this issue. What is the point of the trimmer if the modulation only works in that tiny window? I guess that tiny window is variable dependent on...

Not a short, just a sloppily installed resistor.

Oh wow. Good eye. I need to go check yhat short out. Weird. I did tweak the trim pot. I get no signal at all through the circuit when it is turned all the way CW or CCW.

The ICs are from multiple sources. I got the clocks and RC from PedalPCB along with the board. The TL022 came from Stomp Box Parts. I tested every component before installing it so I’m pretty sure they are good. I’ll add more solder to the sockets. Appreciate the thought.

Dumb question, but it’s fine to use a 3PDT foot switch instead of a toggle on this board right? The only difference being ergonomics? Also, can I use it without the fuse if I’m confident I’m not going to blow anything up? Fuses are still a few days away. Thanks!
