after some scraping cutting ccleaning and reflowing all pots work. sort of volume acts more like a weak tone control. might try some different value pots.

Circuit works. Output works. Three pots (of 6) work. The other three don't. The bad three pots dont have continuity so i guess thats got something to do with it. The bad three pots all work on a multimeter (testing resistance range). Have i damaged a trace, underpants pot gnomes? no schematic...
