Yessir, all 3 pots have dust covers. Oddly, after I reversed C7 and C8, I figured there would be absolutely no sound, but it stayed the same, as in very very low.

I'm also wondering if the problem is in the pedal Auditorium that I'm using to test the Celestial board. The Auditorium is new to me, as is pedal building in general.
