9V DC via a power supply. As I stated, it sounds good, but the bias is a little off and I would like to see if anyone knows how to correct this.

Just recently completed the Stompbox Fuzz Face kit. I cannot get the bias below 5.4V. The pedal works just fine and sounds good but I would like to have the ability to adjust the bias to its proper setting (4.5V). I have checked reistor values, swapped the transistors, etc. Do I need a pot...
