I'm not sure where to start. Yes I have signal when it's bypassed. When engaged I get no signal and the led is lit up. I have a multimeter but just don't know where to start. Any help would be appreciated

I just completed a Conqueror Fuzz clone. I've done 7 pedals before this and made sure to get all the joints and values right. I give it 9v and I got nothing. I was so pissed I bought a clone on ebay to check against what I did and it looks damn similar. I'm will to ship to you to figure it out...

I'm new to understanding parts and parts numbers. The build calls for BC548 but can only find parts ending with A, B or C. Please educate me on the difference if there is one for this application. Thanks
