Am I the only idiot who never realized the whole point was to transfer toner to the enclosure, and that you are meant to take off the film after? Is that what film free means? I think I've done this, maybe with just waterslides, but never removed the film..... :whistle:

Very nicely done! What relay bypass scheme are you using? I see on some of your other builds you use it as well. I've not seen one that uses what seems to be an analog mux/demux?

Ah ok, this make sense. Something about 1st and 2nd order filters? EDIT: I googled 2 1st order RC filters in a row, now it makes sense. Just like you said, the roll off at the output is double what the single filter would be.

The 2N222A is set up as an emitter follower, AKA a gain stage with a gain of just 1, AKA a buffer. @BuddytheReow I see R9 and C5 create an RC lowpass filter with a 10K cutoff, as you mentioned. But then there are R10 and C6, which seem to be the exact same thing again! Is there some reasoning...

Do you have a go-to treble booster circuit or transistor that has the least hiss? I don't play anywhere near metal gain, and noise is the biggest reason I don't use TBs more often. And why I want to tweak a circuit myself, to find the lowest noise floor possible.

Beautiful work! I love the orientation of the pots, and the little slide switch. I've been wanting to play with/tweak the rangemaster just like this, maybe I should get off my ass and do it! The Edge control sounds especially interesting. And for the Body control, this is just an tweakable RC...

Personally, I think would work great. The extra items don't even need to end up on the final print, just be of accurate size so drill hole position can be determined.

Me too! It's way more fun playing little guessing games while building! I think to make time for poetry he can leave off the long boring column of part values, and maybe ditch the schematic.

I tried downloading from github, there are only readme and license files there, no actual KiCad. I love the connector idea, I played with it some a while back but didn't get this far. I may try it again with your PCBs, and maybe make a matching 3PDT one as well.

This is not a pedal. This is art! It has a poem even... Incredible work, truly. Can you talk about your jack PCBs? I often see custom 3PDT boards, and I've made my own, but I've not seen it for jacks. And how do you do your graphics, is it screenprinted? The front looks like it could be, but...
