12-band EQ?

I’ve had this idea kicking around in my head about using two 6-band EQs (which I have) in series in a 1590XX.

Adjusting the filters of the gyrators seems straightforward using the AMZ calculator.

But the 3.2k band is not a gyrator, it looks like a passive RC filter. My thought was I could add a little gyrator on stripboard for my band 6 of 12. Then my question is, do I just go straight from the output of pcb 1 to pcb 2, or does it make more sense to connect them at a different point? I figured connecting all 12 bands to pins 1 and 3 of the pots would mess with it in a way I don’t want.

So, all you folks who actually know what you’re doing, what’s the right way to go about this?

I don't see why this couldn't work, you may have to adjust the parts of EQ1 output and the input of EQ2. Since the sixth band is a passive filter you can omit C16 and R20 on both boards and use the holes left at VREF and pot6 lug 2 as insertion points for a veroboard gyrator. Since you would need to do this to both boards you can just use another TL072 dual IC to save on vero space.
