Alright, back with another round of Ge transistor testing this time the GT309B. These were quite a bit more expensive per transistor than the previous boxes I purchased. However if you want higher gain but low leakage these definitely seem worth taking a risk on. Out of 20, only 1 device is unusably leaky, the rest have undetectable or very low leakage. Great range of different gains here mean that you will be able to build any circuit that needs Germaniums, though maybe not the best if you need a leakier transistor.

Hi there: From where I sit, it looks like the two rightmost column’s data have gone a bit wonky. The hFE and Iceo data appears to be outside the columns. Maybe try uploading this as a pdf?

For some reason that only happens once I publish the post. Replaced with an image instead.
 
Seeing prices nowadays on these little things is nuts.

I bought a box of 200 a year ago for like...110 dollars. Cheappppppp.
