3 channel splitter troubleshooting?

Greetings All, I bought the 3 ch mixer/splitter board and built it however I have a few issues. I don't know if you could help. First it appears the PCB board I have is a different layout to the photos I have seen by others. I have the version that the documentation says revised 11-25-23. I had to inquire w PPCB because I had to get a schematic. I know they had changed polarity symbols for some components. So everything went well however when I went to power and test it I had no LED light and no signal passing through. I assume it takes a 9VDC power. I am using a pedal power brick. My first problem was that I thought R100 was a 10K and actually a 10ohm. I changed that and still nothing. I tested the entire PCB from point to point between pads to component legs and I have continuity so it doesn't appear to a PCB damaged board or trace. The PS capacitors are all installed correctly polarity wise. It would have to be a problem with the group of components near that section of the PCB since everything else is per channel. I suppose I will have to desolder them one by one to test their value and see if they are good or not. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Post clear pics of both sides of the board including all wiring and the schem if you have it.
Hi jwin615, Thanks for responding. See attached. I have been removing some wires to change to a smaller gauge.
