Finished putting together this circuit (Abider, clone of J. Rockett The Dude) and running into an issue where the “deep” potentiometer doesn’t change the sound at all even at extremes of rotation. I used a C20K (BOM called for C25K) but I don’t think that’s the issue because when I tried adding an additional 10k and then 20k ohm resistor in series it didn’t make a difference in the sound either. Multimeter showing appropriate variation in resistance readings across the lugs when turning the pot and signal tracing was normal through the circuit. Totally lost on what the issue could be. I’m hoping someone with more experience and knowledge can help me troubleshoot. Thank you!
