Adding volume to CE2

I made a CE2 using the attached schematic. I used a different BBD clock and got everything working, but my output volume is less when engaged then when bypassed. I was thing if I add a POT (I used 50k) in series with R11, I would be able to increase the volume. But it did not work. Is there a way to install a POT to increase output volume to match unity?

You shoudnt be losing any dry volume, basically 2 unity gain inverting op amp stages (basically 47k in line, 47k feedback = gain of 1). With treble boost on the first stage and treble cut on the 2nd stage). You could remove the 6n8 capacitors. (No filtering) to simplify and then check the resistors to see why losing gain.

I am sorry, I forgot I wired both the dry and wet output to pins 1 and 3 of the blend. After reading your comments I then realized this. I went back and hooked up the wet to the correct out put and then I was able to get unity gain.

Quick story, I received a PCB for the Rockman X100 (old style). I made it and I now have a working Rockman with chorus. But I really want to make the chorus as a stand alone pedal. I have an old Pork Barrel (Madbean) PCB which is a Boss CE2. I removed all parts for the BBD, and clock and replaced the LFO with the Rockman values. I made a separate veroboard for the BBD and clock, and I was able to get all this to work. Now I am trying to separate the dry (left) and wet (right) as two outputs. I first removed the blend pot and wired the outputs from the pins 1 and 3 on the PCB from the blend. But the output was below unity when I bypassed. I then added a 50K pot in series to R11 to try to increase just the wet side. I was at a loss and wrote this post, because I was thinking this should work.

Now I want to get that stereo sound like with the Rockman. I read somewhere that Tom did this by using resistors at different values on each sides. I attached the schematic of the output of the Rockman and I believe it to be the 120K and 39K (R202, R203, R206, and R207) that is used to give this stereo effect. So each side (left and right) both get wet and dry signal, but with the alternate values as shown using these four resistors. Okay easy to wire these four resistors up, but how in the CE2 circuit? I attached a quick hand drawn schematic of what I think I need, does this look correct to work? Can I remove some parts?
