1590XX Aionfx Xenotron flange with no name

Clearance is very tight on the jacks but it works perfect. I did not use the mouser jacks, I used stompboxparts jacks. I think they are a hair bigger than the recommended mouser jacks so I had to massage them into place, lol. They did fit though and I did not have to modify any holes.
Leds are 3mm no bezel.
