Antithesis and Muroidea with order switcher squeals like crazy.

I just finished a dual pedal build with an Antithesis Fuzz and a Muroidea Distortion. I added an order switcher as well.

Both effects work but there is CONSIDERABLE squeal when either one of them is on if I am not playing guitar. In bypass mode it works fine. Good solid grounds. If it were just one pedal I might think it was a soldering issue but it happens with either one.

Kinda pulling my hair out a bit here.

Hard to tell for sure in the picture but it does look like there is powder coat on the inside of the enclosure. Are you sure at least one of your 1/4” jacks has a solid ground connection to the enclosure? If you haven’t already, I’d recommend sanding down to bear enclosure around the jack holes on the inside to ensure a solid ground connection.

Yes. In fact I wasn’t confident in that so I sanded it down and added star washers. Made zero difference.

You can try keeping the in and out away from each other.
