Basic Relay Bypass Latching question

I have a build I'm using one of these for. I'd like to be able to switch on and off the LED indicator by placing the switch on the anode side of the LED, due to the way my pedal is set up. I have the LED connected to the LFO of a chorus pedal and I'm using a tricolor since there are other effects in the housing as well. I'm staring at the schematic for the bypass circuit and I can't figure out if I can do that with this. With a normal footswitch when the pedal is on SW is connected to GND and it basically just turns on the LED. On this one, the SW pad is on the top side of Q4, does that mean it's grounding thru C1 when pin 3 of the 555 is outputting?
