My build for the bayonet fuzz. Quite a few of these on this forum so not a whole not to say. I also had one of these pedals at some point and it is one of my favorite Muffs. Very versatile without being too overly complicated. It takes a little bit to dial something in but imo not bad. I like getting the chugs from it.
One very important thing I learned is I got a bunch of 2N5089's from Amazon for cheap. Except when I measured them, they all measured in the 2N5088 lower ranges. So, I think they just relabeled them as 2N5089. Luckily, I had some legit ones from SBP that were bang on. This is why I've been socketing so much.
This is my second attempt at this build. This first one I just did not have the motivation to go back through. So, I salvaged as much as I could and just repopulated a new board. Much better this time around.
I think the waterslide decal went on very well and everything aligned pretty well especially for a 6 knobber. It's unfortunate that the black is just super hard to read unless in the right light.
Either way, killer pedal. A must for a Muff head.
