BOSS DD20 SOS(loop) PROBLEM

Hello everyone i got a Boss DD20 since 2008, a few weeks ago the loop mode started acting funny, its starting late after you push the pedal to “Record” your loop, all other delay effects seems to work normally, anyone has a guess were i can start looking to repair.?

I found a clip on youtube that does exactly my problem,

I have repair and modded amp in the past so im confident with soldering small components, thanks again

Is it maybe accidently set to external tempo control(vs tap tempo?) maybe it's looking for the external clock for a moment.
I think you hold the left pedal down while powering to toggle that.

Hey thanks for reply, don’t think is that i already tried to reset to factory settings, also tried all the sets to get if was a “software” program problem but it is not, i do believe is something else only on the SOS circuit, so any other idea is welcome
