SOLVED Box 66 volume issue

Hello dear friends, I finally build it and sound great, but with a little problem with volume pot... It seems like got the max volume at 3 o clock and later the volume drop dramatically with a strange current noise... Any suggestions? Thank you

Yes I'll upload some pictures but that's not my first pedal, I'm sure everything in connection is OK.. Measured the resistance of the pot and is OK.. 500k.. And also the pedal sounds great but this is a problem that I don't understand... Maybe because the volume pot is connected with the spdt switch and cause this issue.. Can it be?

Posting pictures is not just to check connections. Sometimes there might be a resistor which is 4K7 instead of 470K - that sort of thing. Sometimes you have been over the pedal so many times you don't see it - that has definitely happened to me before. Sometimes it can be as simple as a backwards diode. A second pair of eyes can be invaluable.
