I love this pedal. Love the chorus and vibrato sound. Love that I can switch between them. I hate the preamp. I know thats the "magic" of this pedal and the CE1 but the problem is in order to get unity gain I have to have the level set at about 1 o'clock and switch set to Lo and then I get too much distortion and Im just not a fan of it. Plus its after my drives and boost so when i kick them on it further distorts and doesnt allow me to actually get a volume boost because the preamp just distorts more. Does the community have any ideas on how I could raise the headroom or even bypass the preamp?
