Capacitor substitution

I'm building an Aion Elysium board
It calls for a 5pf ceramic capacitor but I only have a 4.7pf
Given parts tolerance, do you guys think it will be Ok anyway? Both my TC7 and my multimeter aren't able to measure it so I don't know the actual value
This is the schematic, if I'm reading it correctly it's connecting pins 11 and 12 of IC 4

You should be fine with that value. You can always replace it later down the road. Those disc caps are much easier to desolder with their thin leads.

What is this little cap doing here? Just blocking some unwanted noise?

You can use a bigger cap in parallel to measure small value caps
Try a 20pf or so
Measure the big cap. Then both.
But yeah, your fine
Disc caps are usually+/-20%
Probably just to tame hf noise/oscillation
Edit:you want to use a big enough cap that your meter reads it but not so big that you lose the tenths readout
