SOLVED Carbon Black Fuzz & Auditorium

Howdy! It’s my build out of a ton I have lined up parts. Very new to all this but trying to learn quickly. I was stoked to receive the parts for my auditorium as I was finishing this board today. But I’ve got no sound coming through active. Bypass works on the auditorium and then when I switch on the pedal it’s silent. Stuck a little LED in there because I’m going to use a housed one from LoveMySwitches and hook it up to their foot switch board.

I have power coming from an Ernie ball volt brick if that matters. All components were tested before soldering in a multi function tester. +/- were inserted accordingly for the test but shown out in the photo. The two green lines at the top of the PCB I didn't know where to plug in for the test. On the build doc it shows them connecting to the I/O jacks.

Update:
So switched to battery power on the auditorium for ease. I wired up a GCI Murdock JR. pre-populated board I had and it worked 100% on the board. Bypass & Effect. So I then swapped the LED pictured here for the one I was going to install from love my switches. That powers up now when I switch the effect on but its silent.

Bypass still functions. So I know its somewhere in my board that things have gone wrong.

The B25K pot was cracked so when I wiggled it it made connection. All is well! On to housing the pedal now!
