Carcass fuzz demhe/hali/mode switch to pot

Has anyone on here experimented with replacing switch 1 on the Carcass with a pot? I have the board coming and think I might prefer being able to do the in between settings. I was thinking a 1 meg pot as a variable resistor between lug 2 and 3 might be the trick but have also considered that another value pot with leg 1 to ground, like a volume pot could work also. Anyone tried this mod already?


I have the production pedal which I like but find super frustrating with the side jacks.

I messed with this for a while today on my production pedal. I was pretty happy with a B500k wired as a variable resistor between lug 2 and 3 of switch 1. I think an A taper could possibly be better but I don’t have one on hand. I’m going to include it on my board instead of the switch when I build it.

Interesting... I have a Carcass in a temporary enclosure, I really really like it and an extra pot wouldn't hurt
