Poking around the internet trying to find Chuck D. Bones' article on the RAT circuit, and looking up "Celestial Engineering" I found this super interesting little pedal company that was a spinoff of an electronics manufacturer making temperature sensing and regulation equipment. Totally and tragically unknown to me.

Maybe I'm a sucker for passion projects and unorthodox turns into creativity by folks. Putting a face on electronics manufacturing in the USA is also super interesting to me.
I wonder how things went or didn't go, what their story was/is, and how their circuits sounded? The pedals could have been interesting! Looks like they had quite a work-up and also... Mark Farner!!! Grand Funk Railroad had some pretty good stuff back in the day.
