I’m getting some interesting readings. According to this pdf of mV readings
ALL other pins are correct within acceptable tolerances.
EXCEPT!
IC4, the V3102D (obtained from PedalPCB) I'm supposed to see 0.22mv and I'm seeing 301.4mV
Pls NOTE the happenings at Q4! Any ideas what I have done wrong?-0

Q2 3.64 4.16 8.84
Q3 3.74 4.27 8.96
Q4 0.00 393.00 7.46
Q5 3.59 4.05 8.98
