Cetus technical difficulties

I have two Cetus pedals built with the same problem. Pass through signal is good. LEDS work,but the only effected signal I get is a slight something when the volume pot is in a certain position and that spot only. Any ideas? Thanks in advance…

Detailed pictures - front and back... then we can troubleshoot. But, strange that the same symptom exists on two builds. Are all your diodes oriented correctly? If you'd like something to compare against (my working build):
