Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge how awesome the customer service people are over at Chase Bliss. I ordered their Reverse Mode C pedal back in like, July and it finally arrived a couple days ago. I saw that it was delivered while I was at work. To my dismay, when I got home from work I realized that someone had stolen the package from my porch between it being delivered and me coming home.
I emailed Chase Bliss to let them know what happened, and they were super helpful. I wasn't really expecting them to be able to do anything, but I filed a police report and sent them a copy of it and they had a replacement sent out to me that same day. They absolutely didn't have to do anything about it, since their policy pretty clearly states they don't cover lost or stolen property, but the fact that they were so willing to help and got me all sorted out says a lot about who they are as a company.
