Chasing Tayda Powedercoated Screw Holes

It seems with each Tayda powdercoated enclosure there is one hole that is gummed up with excess powerdercoating.

The thread pitch on these holes is M3 x .75. Naturally that is the ONE tap I am missing, but I suspect not having the one tool you need is a universal struggle.

Hope this is helpful!

This might not be the best practice, but I use a drill on the high torque setting to slowly, carefully drive the screws into the holes. I've done this for maybe 20 boxes without any problems. Just make sure you use a perfectly fitting bit and apply a decent amount of pressure so it doesn't slip and grind out the head.
