Clarification of Frost "flavor" options

In the Mint flavor of the Frost the schematic indicates resistor values. . . "MIN = MAX = 4.7K". I assume this to mean that both resistors are 4.7K? Please confirm.

That's correct. I agree that isn't the most intuitive marking for those parts......
