Clark Gainster Presence and Gain Don't Work (strip board build)

Hi all! New here and to pedal building. I wanted to try my first strip board build of the clark gainster after successfully building one with red herring PCB. Awesome circuit! Super simple it seems especially for a beginner and if you want jist a good straight up overdrive! However this one is throwing me for a loop lol. The volume seems to work fine however the presence control seems to almost act sort of like a gain and tone control in one and the gain control does nothing.
If anybody has any suggestions so far as voltage or resistance checks specifically, that would be really helpful! Although I'm sure it's something silly, usually is lol

The link above is the layout that I followed.
I have more close up pictures if needed.

Thank you all! Still learning how to route wires nicely forgive me 😅😂

Make sure you aren't missing a link under the caps on the right. Can't tell.
Also, with power removed, check resistance on each side of you cuts

Thank you for the response! I rechecked for all of my jumpers and have verified that I most definitely have them underneath the caps as well as the ones underneath the opamp. I also rechecked resistance on each side of each cut and verified there is no continuity on either side of the cuts.
I assume the opamp comment was a joke right? 😅 I didn't think it mattered how big of caps I used considering it's only getting 9 volts... right? 😅😂 forgive a newb
