SOLVED Cleric Fuzz not working.. (help op amp troubleshooting)

Just finished off this Cleric Fuzz build and I'm having a few issues. On my initial bench test when I first plugged the pedal in and engaged the switch, the LED flickered unusually and then I noticed the circled 4k7 resistor (it's the LED current limiting resistor in this build) had blown and gave off a small bit of smoke. This happened before I could test for any sound.

I immediately replaced the resistor and this time around on testing when engaged, the LED is lighting up but there is no sound. Otherwise, when not engaged there is a nice clean through-signal. Is there a chance that original blown resistor cooked the op amps or other components? I'm still pretty new to pedal builds, but hoping someone can maybe spot something I might've done backwards or make a suggestion on how to troubleshoot.

As you can probably see from the photos I've used wire leads for one of the potentiometers & the 3 way switch so I can sort of customize the placement of those two components. I don't think this would be the issue, but who knows!

Meticulously went through each part in this build to make sure every component value was accurate - ended up finding two errors with resistors (accidentally used r values where they were supposed to be k). Fixed those but I was still experiencing a buzz/hum when the pedal is engaged. However, playing around with the mode switch and the potentiometers I could tell that the pedal was working (could hear the buzz/hum change volume and tone).

After more testing around the board I suspected it might be a dud op amp. Testing with multimeter a few of the pins weren't giving any values on the top op amp so I swapped it out for a new one. Seating the new one in, I tested before soldering just to see if it would work and miraculously it worked perfectly! - BUT - after I soldered into place (being super careful with heat) I now have the same problem with buzz/hum. Testing again with the multimeter some of the pins that were giving values are no longer giving any reading. I'm puzzled.

Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Edit: the capacitor value on C3 was incorrect. Someone was kind enough to point this out to me on reddit.
