Complex overdirive with alien noises

Hi there.
I recently built a Complex Overdrive that sounds great, I love it but it emits alien background noises ahaa
I noticed using an oscilloscope that the alien phenomena comes from the Vref (pin 7 of IC1 and IC2)
I tried a few ways to filter the Vref but I failed.
I did a recap, increased C100 from 47uF to 100uF, replaced all the diodes, all reflowed, ICs voltages are good ( I guess...), Tried also other ICs like NE 555 ...nada!
no issues with the wiring, pots, 3pdt and no ground issues.
Battery, cheap or expensive ps, different amps, cables and location doesn't stop the phenomena...
Ahaha please I dont know what to do and actually I never heard that kind of noises...my only suspicion is that there is still a component trying to contact the aliens.

I think step 1 is to post pics of your board, front and back.

You can also look for any stray connections around pin 7 and the places that VREF A and B connect to--it sounds like maybe some of the supply is making into the signal path.

Does it change at all with any of the knobs?

Yeah sorry, Pics added !

Anyway No it doesn't . Same noises

hey man! if i've read correctly you stated you used one NE 555? because i think thats not the normal IC for that application:
datasheet

is that one? that produces pulses...so to not be mistaking it with an NE5532
Hope it helps!
