Confused with the 5 way rotary switch

Hey there do does anyone happen to know some ways to wire a hss set up with a" Golden Age Premium Wiring Kit for Paul Reed Smith" I have a neck tele pickup, a stat middle pickup, and a mini humbucker bridge... any visuals would be very helpful.
 
How you looking to wire it up?

IIRC, PRS did some fancy shit with their 5 way. You looking for more traditional strat-style switching?
