No difference, the P might be lead free or something but it’ll be the same circuit.

The only suffixes you need to watch out for generally are CMOS chips and charge pumps. There’s an audible difference between a CD4049BE (buffered) and CD4049UBE (unbuffered), as well as ICL7660 and ICL7660S...op amps are interchangeable 99.9% of the time.
