Copper Clad and Squidward

A few months ago I put a Copper Clad and a Squidward together in one enclosure. I added an order switcher in there to be safe. My plan WAS to have the switch below the knob for the fuzz, but space wouldn’t allow it. So I moved the switch above the knob. At first it was okay looking. But after a month… I didn’t like the look of it. And, after a few test drives, I realized that this green ringer should always be after the fuzz.
So I plucked the switch out, moved the pot, and put a sticker over the hole. And now the pedal looks pretty.
My buddy just started a record company in London Ontario. He gave me a handful of stickers. They just happen to be pedal size. I’ll surprise him at the next gig.
Both circuits sound great alone or together. The Copper Clad has the fuzz sound that I like to get out of my Fuzz Factory. A “Velcro and chug” sound. And what’s not to like about the electric static sound of a green ringer?
Anyway. Here are the before and after shots.
Rock on.
