Depot Fuzz Voice Problem

Hi!
I’m troubleshooting a Depot Fuzz and I finally found where the problem is, cap C7 in the Voice section, if I remove that the signal is okay, if it’s there (I’ve tried with differents caps) the signal goes dead and sound really broken up.
Anybody had same issue here?

Could it be that the cap is dead and thus short circuits the signal to ground?
Edit: I built two of these with no problem.

I’ve tried with different caps and I have the same results…
